We are delighted to share an exclusive glimpse into our latest training session at the Baking Center, dedicated to artisan gelato by the renowned Italian brand Comprital. Led by Italian chef Andrea Fascotti, this session allowed participants to deepen their knowledge and refine their skills in the art of gelato creation. ????
