Created in 2012 and located in Bou Argoub, CSM GIAS Baking Center is a unique concept in Tunisia, a fully equipped center with international standard, dedicated specifically to the customers of CSM GIAS and the professionals of the bakery and pastry. The baking center was named L'Artiste as we believe that a pastry chef is a Master Baker and dessert artist. The Baking Center L'Artiste is considered as a meeting place for professionnels to exchange their experience.

L'Artist competition & National selections


The first competition in Tunisia for pastry professionals which aims to encourage creativity and allows pastry chefs to freely express their talents. This is how the Baking center represents for our pastry chefs a test laboratory for their masterpieces.

Our demonstrators


At CSM GIAS, we have a team made up of three pastry and bakery demonstrators. Expertise and know-how are the key words that guide their daily lives with the company's customers.

Research and development laboratory

The CSM GIAS research and development laboratory is the nerve center of CSM GIAS and acts in complete interaction with the various departments of the company. Its mission is to conduct an ambitious and continuous program of launching new products on the market, in perfect harmony with the company's quality policy and the expectations and needs of professionals.
Sensory analysis laboratory

The laboratory is equipped with a tasting room and managed by a multidisciplinary team. T he panel of tasters is made up of experts in the field or pastry chefs.
