CSM GIAS started the year with nothing but new things!
After 1 year of absence from training at the Bou Argoub headquarters because of the health protocol due to covid 19, has launched a bakery training course for these customers.
Orchestrated by chef Ahmed Boubakri for a few days, he presented the new recipes for the mix of cereal breads, 20% concentrated cereals and the 5-cereal deco mix with his chef baker's techniques to compose a buffet as good as it is beautiful.
