Demo to the students of the Academy of Chefs 2024

We started this new year 2024 in style with a demonstration of Vanoise chocolate candies. To mark this special occasion, we welcomed the students of the Academy of Chefs in our baking center. We had the opportunity to discover the creation of a table of wonders, directed by the chef Mohamed Ali Djelassi.
