On April 17, 2024, CSM GIAS welcomed students from the Tourism Training School of Sousse Nord for an exceptional day at the Baking Center.
The students had the opportunity to discover the premium-quality Vanoise couverture chocolate, guided by our chef, Mohamed Ali Jelassi.
From crafting delicate chocolate confections to exploring artisanal chocolate-making techniques, it was an inspiring experience.
