Biscuit Training

To prepare delicious and indulgent biscuits, simply rely on our renowned and talented chef, Med Ali Djelassi, and use the best Excellior margarine specially crafted for cream, biscuits, and cakes.
From July 25 to 28, 2024, our chef conducted a training session for our clients at the Baking Center of CSM GIAS under the theme "The Delights of Excellior," featuring petits fours and soft cakes.
