The sweet dough :

• 1g salt

• 58g eggs

• 250g flour

Almond cream :

• 100g ground almonds

• 100g the delicious

• 100g icing sugar

• 100g eggs

• 60g strawberries cut into small dice

• 20g flour

Strawberry compote :

• 300g strawberries

• 50g sugar

• 8g starch

• 15g water

Decoration :

• 500g strawberries

• 2 b fresh mint
